The socks look like good quality. Came in a nice gift box wuth even a small birthday card uncluded. These were just a cure, fun gift for our 17 yr old grandson. Going to order a pair for our 13 tr old as well.

As these fun and colourful socks are gifts for my grandkids, the lovely boxes they arrived in were my first wow!! The socks themselves with their appropriate expressions just make you smile. I have emailed 3 times about how to return my order and get a refund. I haven't received a reply. There is no phone number to call, which is irritating.

I placed an order on December 1,2025 and never received the order. On December 22,2025 I contacted the company by email. On December 26,2025 the company responded with a gracious offer of a refund. I replied on that same day to them to proceed with the refund. I emailed to check on the refund on January 11, 2026. It is now February 18, 2026 and I have not gotten a refund or even an email from Happypopsox. Very unhappy customer! Update - March 5, 2026 After 2 months I finally received my refund! Happy to have my money, but I won’t try ordering from them again.
