We order key chains for our grandsons for graduation from high school and never received them. Other reviews are saying the same thing. SCAM !!!!!!!

I ordered something and got a receipt from pay pal from which I do not have an account and then another receipt from them saying that it would be shipped but this was not from pay pal. This company is a scam

Have been trying to get a refund on a product I have not received.Ordered in October.All their responses have been the same item has been in the mail. Gave me the shipping company and last time my shipping was updated was on 11-15-24.Please, anyone buying from this company, think before you purchase. This is the worst company to purchase from.

I received the cross necklace and it doesn’t look like it came all the way from Italy!! It came from Dayton, OH and it looks soo cheap!! It’s looks like it came from Temu!! I was soo disappointed and will be sending it back!! It took a long time to get as it had to come from customs!! I’m very dlsappointed and WILl NOT order anything on Facebook again!! Could have got at Walmart!! It was 27. And change!! I like reputable places like Ulta and Maurice’s and They deliver in a timely manner and the products R good!! Cheaper isn’t always better!! I would like MY money returned as soon as U get this necklace!!

I ordered a Dunkin Donuts Ornament but received different one. Of course they are now out of stock which is why I probably was sent the wrong one. The company offered me 2 US dollars. Ridiculous plus they told me if I shipped it back it would be too costly. The way I see it. I should get a full refund since it was not my fault the wrong one was sent. I advise consumers not to buy from this sight.

I ordered a cross hat was for grandson and should of had a nice box and said To My Grandson Never Lose Faith To My Dearest Grandson. What I recieved was a piece of junk with a plain black box cross was in a plastic bag nothing written anywhere.

I ordered two of the granddaughter necklaces and they are beautiful , They look like an expensive piece of jewelry , now I might order my great granddaughter one. Took no time at all to receive since tracking said they were coming from Spain, Thank you for the beautiful pieces

Took a little longer than expected but worth the wait. Gorgeous and granddaughter loved it.
