Hello Sherry, I apologize for any confusion caused by the presentation of our product page. We understand that there may have been a misunderstanding. However, we provided clear descriptions for both the Poster (no frame) and Wrapped Canvas (including the frame) products, and also write their differences in the description. We value your satisfaction and would like to make it right. As a resolution, we would like to offer you a special discount to reorder the Wrapped Canvas product (including the frame - ready to hang). Many of our customers have expressed great satisfaction with our canvas products. You could read the reviews from other customers below. Please kindly let us know if you agree with this solution. Thank you for your understanding. Many thanks, https://happykun.com/products/butterfly-dear-self-remember-you-are-canvas-poster-5646?variant=45917460463902

Thank you for your feedback. It took around 10 days to deliver the canvas to your place since you placed the order. We will try to improve our shipping time next time.
