I was looking for another base for my light purchased from Happyhaves and Mary Rose went above and beyond to help me out. And, no, there was nothing wrong with the original base. I just wanted an extra.

I gave a Happyhaves gift. I lost the receipt and the recipient said he never received the gift. I contacted the company and received an immediate response—the rep was great. Gave me info on my purchase and tried everything to help, as the tracking said “delivered “. The recipient then found the unopened gift in his car!
