Account was verified... finally reached a redeemable balance and saw that I could not make redemptions anymore. It said to contact support to make sure account is verified. So I contact support, after several attempts with no response, they finally tell me to simply stop playing on their site and to play somewhere else. Literally, no reason provided. I've tried asking why... but they still not answering. This company is acting so shady... they clearly dont even care about their reputation. Update: Shameless... this is how they respond to their complaints seriously, not by addressing and resolving complaints in a satisfactory manner, but to offer alternate gambling resources in your area after having cheated you out of your money.

This site blocked me from redeeming my $100 winnings and gave no reason as to why. They were very rude in their emails as well. If I needed to deposit before redeeming, they could have just said so.
