Garbage blocked my account when I tried to redeem 100$, said I had 2 accounts to block me, couldn't even pay 100$.......

I won money and tried to withdraw. Withdrawal sat there for like a week. I sent support a message and my withdrawal was then refunded to my account. They sent me a timed location link in an email which I did not see till after time expired. I then put in another withdrawal and a couple days later my account was locked. I sent support messages through email and tried to contact them for 7 days through there internal contact support link. They blocked my account because I won and they did not want to pay me. I did all I could to fix the problem and they won’t help fix the problem. Stay away from this place. They don’t care and will just keep your money or winnings. -Koolhand717

I signed up to this casino and claimed the 2 sc bonus and was playing my favorite game book of kemet and spun into a bonus with the max multiplier and then a few spins into that bonus received another 10 spins. Needless to say I was omw to a decent size win. But at 6 spins into the 20 bonus spins what do you know the game froze I refreshed it and I just kept getting an "error 204 sorry there was an error while communicating with casino server" no matter what I do it won't open the game anymore and support said it was my Internet connection yet every other game works. Suspicious is an understatement UPDATE: LMAO what a weird response and straight up lie btw. I have copies of our conversation I'd gladly show anyone and You banned my account from even signing in now so shows how guilty you are. You could have responded with a legit response apologizing for the error and explain to me how it wasn't your fault my game was frozen in the middle of a huge bonus round and then permanently unable to load even tho every other game could included said game on gold coin mode and that you didn't manipulate my game and If it was believable I would have updated my review and admitted my error. Instead you try to lie on my name and then tell other casinos not to trust me, and try to get trustpilot to remove my review. Yea not a good look

Absolutely the worst casino I have ever dealt with I put money on my account messages support about my bonus of 100% match just for them to block my account. BECAUSE THEY SAID I HADE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS BECAUSE MULTIPLE IP ADDRESSES WHERE I LIVE WITH PEOPLE WHO ALSO PLAY AT ONLINE CASINOS... THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR ON TOP OF MY ACCOUNT BEING BLOCKED BUT ONLY WAS MY ACCOUUNT BLOCKED AFTER I MADE MY PURCHASE AND TRIED TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS ANOTHER RED FLAG ... OH AND LETS NOT FORGET CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I BEEN TALKING T0 THREATENED SAYING " we are obligated to report chargeback scams to our group of over 1000 sweeps casinos to protect the industry from people like you. NOt only will you not get a bonus, you will not be permitted to play anywhere. We already have ample evidence to show the card company that you made these charges willingly. Perhaps not that right way to go about this" never once did I say j was going to tell my bank I didn't make the charge. HOWEVER IF SOMEONE PAYS FOR A SPECIFIC PACKAGE OR BECAUSE THE SITE TELLS THEM THAT THEY WILL GET A DEPOSIT MATCH AND THEN NEVER GET IT AND THEN GETS BANNED THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE NO ISSUER GIVING MONEY BACK BUT THEY SEEM HARD UP AND QUICK TO SHUT PAYING CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT DOWN BECAUSE THEY HAVE FAMILY WHO PLAY AS WELL... MOST CASINOS IS THEY HAVE THAT RULE JUST MAKES SURE THAT FOR EACH ACCOUNT THEY GET VERIFIED FULLY AND THEN THEY DONT HAVE A ISSUE BUT NOT HERE SO WARNING FOR ANYONE WHO LIVES WITH SOMEONE WHO ALSO PLAYS AT THESE ONLINE CASINOS!!!

I thought it was going to be a great platform until i made a redemption request i we t to go log back in and my account had disappeared tried support no answer and i still had money in my accountits absolutely the worst platform i ever visited

if I could give it a negative 100 I would do it this is the worst scam of a casino I've ever played I wanted to cash out some winnings and they're verification process is impossible to do they give you 60 minutes and they want unreasonable things like your bank statements they don't want it printed they don't want the electronic version of it or any files you have of it they want paper but they don't want it printed it was just out of control with the unreasonableness and then I did come through for them and I actually provided those documents then they blocked my account with the money still on there I've not heard from them I've tried to reach out to them I've tried to contact them several times but nothing in return yeah do not play this casino it's a scam

I got an account with happyending casino on Thursday January 1st and I received 5sc as a welcome bonus . After winning 119sc with that 5sc bonus my device fingerprint was blocked and I could no longer access my account. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since Thursday January 1st for an explanation but I haven’t received one nor have I received any type of correspondence regarding my request. I know I am emailing the correct address because it is the one I got in the customer service chat from the agent. I do not think they are a real or legit sweepstakes casino since they do not honor redemptions or winnings and will not give me an explanation. I know I do not have multiple accounts with happy endings all I got from them at my gmail account was an invitation and I used my outlook account to sign up with them if they say they sent me an explanation they are lying I would like proof because I don’t see any emails from the them. 01/09/25 Happy ending has requested more information and I am now providing it. I received an invite to their casino from betcoin with a promise of a 5sc reward for signing up to my gmail when I went to their site I did put in my gmail address and it said it was already taken I found it odd (I had never signed up with them before) so I tried to log in and it told me no account with that email existed . I thought since I received a invite with a promise of a 5sc reward and nothing else about or from happy ending to my gmail it was some mistake so I figured it was ok to go and use my outlook account to sign up. I did of course use the same phone number I always use as I only have one phone. After making my account and receiving the complimentary 5sc I won 119sc on the slot jungle diamonds. I went to redeem and it allowed me to put in my redemption amount but did not allow me to go any further. I tried to find where to do my KYC verification but couldn’t find anything. After that I was soon kicked out of my account and the site and my device finger print was flagged . As far as them responding to me with an explanation I did contact an agent in their customer service chat but all they told me was that they were creating a support ticket and someone would get back to me with an emailed response. I never received an email explaining why my device finger print was flagged and I could no longer access my account. I just find it odd that only email I ever received about or from them was an invite from betcoin to my Gmail for their casino offering me a 5sc bonus for signing up especially if I couldn’t get an account there because I already had one with betcoin. I also find it strange their site told me no account existed with this email when I tried to log in with my Gmail. I also received an email from betcoin to my gmail dated January 1st asking me to sign up with them after I had opened my account with happy ending which makes me think I didn’t have an account with betcoin either. I explained all this, aside from the email from betcoin asking me to sign up dated January 1st , to the chat agent as well as in the emails I sent requesting information but never received an explanation. If they have proof to the contrary of what I am saying I would like to see it.

THIS CASINO IS BULLSHIT!!! THEY CLAIM I HAVE ANOTHER ACCOUNT AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, WHEN I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS CASINO BEFORE TODAY, JULY 1,2025!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
