Great product IF you want to pay the $20/month app subscription
It’s a great product IF you can use all the settings. I used to love the bed/app and the ways I was able to adjust settings and track my baby’s sleep. However, one day I updated the app and now I must pay a $20/month subscription to use most of the basic functions of the bed (especially the weaning mode). I feel the subscription model is overpriced and was bait-and-switch because I don’t know if we would have purchased this expensive bed to be used among our family members if we had known that we would need a subscription we cannot afford. I now have an expensive bassinet that I regret owning.
