You emailed a grieving mom requesting her to send back a crib! This company is awful 😖

They asked a grieving mother who’s baby died to return the bassinet that they sent her, because she couldn’t deliver the content. She couldn’t deliver the content, because her baby DIED!!!

Gross company. They wanted a grieving mother to return a bassinet? Really? What the hell. This is so disrespectful and gross. PLEASE DO NOT BUY

Baby crib company HAPPIEST BABY, does not care about its customers. They had sent a new mom a crib to do content to promote their business. Unfortunately and unexpectedly this mom’s baby passed away. Guess what Happist Baby did not even a week later? They told the new grieving mother to return crib since she can’t make content. How evil 😡

After spending $1,500 on a bassinet, I was shocked to discover that it requires a $20 monthly subscription to function properly—something that isn’t made clear until you start using it. This feels like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of customers. Extremely disappointing. I’m returning the SNOO and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I will never buy from them again. I paid $1600 for a bassinet which is now unusable unless I pay them a monthly subscription for access to an app that was free at the time of purchase. Happiest baby is clearly a greedy company that doesn’t care about its customers.
