I put my dog down in October, so this is the first Christmas without her in 15 years. I wanted a sweater that reminded me of her. I paid the express shipping fee, which said it would arrive by Christmas. I barely received it on January 2nd and it was not a size small. It was 3 sizes too big. When I asked to be refunded the express shipping cost, I was told "if we refund too much we won't make money on the sale". Horrible quality and horrible customer service. I emailed them after they responded to this review and I haven't received a response. What a joke.

Hello hao tees, I was hoping you could convince me whether I should buy from you,And why.

This company is a scam. I wish I could give it 0 stars. They should be reported to BBB. When seeing the items online it is a false advertisement. They should have reviews on their page. I wish I would have done more research on the Company before ordering. I would have NEVER brought from this so-called company. Also, another confusion is why I can not return or get a refund for the product that I do not like. . BE AWARE of these scammers.
