Hanke suitcase Terrible product! Zipper broke after 2 uses. Zipper is small and flimsy. This product is made in China. Also, I tried to contact the company about the zipper issue and received no response. It’s going in the trash!

Avoid this luggage. The zip is the most critical failure‑point on any suitcase — the part meant to survive airport handling, pressure, and load. Mine failed on first use, literally on the way to the airport. These are genuine YKK 85G components, so the failure points to a serious design or assembly flaw in the case itself. The supplier denied responsibility and the brand offered no meaningful support. Don’t risk it.

Very disappointed with this company. Bought a 20 inch luggage on Amazon a year ago. After the 2nd use, the one zipper totally broke off and now it can't lock in place on the top of the suitcase because it's gone. I've emailed the company at their hankeluggage.net email address, and I still haven't heard back. I also called the phone number listed on their website (704 area code) and I get a recording from Verizon that the number is no longer in service. How am I supposed to get in touch with this company?

Can't get ahold of anyone at the company about their warranty, told to contact Amazon, Amazon told me to contact the company, and the email address listed on their website bounced back. Have had the suitcase only 3 months and the handle stopped working. Terrible experience. Do not buy their products.

I purchased my Hanke suitcase in November 2023. I have used it 3 times in the last year and one of my trips produced a suitcase that both zipper feet had broken. Since their warranty covers zipper feet, I have tried to engage the company via their websites (I have found two different addresses on the web) and have had no response. What good is the warranty if the company will not respond when you have an issue. Loved my suitcase, but too much money to have only used it 3 times.
