1. We do not offer "banana bags" as they definitely do not cure a hangover. 2. All of our packages are indeed different have been formulated for varying severity of hangover symptoms. 3. Our hangover IV treatments cost more than a banana bag, because we provide more than our competitors. All of our IV hangover treatments include IV anti-oxidants and IV anti-nausea medications and IV anti-headache medications. 4. REAL HANGOVERS require REAL MEDICINE! We have numerous blog posts from Dr. Burke stating that a bag of saline or banana bag is not going to cure a hangover, which is why we do not offer those as a cure for a hangover.

I am not certain what happened with your refund, as your order should have been refunded. I personally refunded your order. It may take 5 to 7 business days for it to show up in your credit card statement. Again, sorry for the confusion and we have updated our website, as there has been some confusion as to how much advance notice is necessary to book an after-hours treatment.
