My husband always wakes up feeling icky after a night of drinking, but these really helped control that! He did make the mistake of taking these and drinking an energy drink, so DONT do that, but overall these worked great!

Keeps me hydrated where I take medicine that drys me out and really helps out after a workout. My legs do not cramp as bad from the Magnesium in it. I use around 40 or 50 drops in a glass of water.

The product shipped quickly and I was emailed by the company very quickly after to make sure that I received the product and was happy with it. If there was any problem I know that I would have been able to have it resolved quickly. I did not have any problem and used the electrolyte drops before a night out with the girls. I am not the best at drinking water so these really helped to keep me with getting a headache the next day which is awesome!!!
