Easy Hydration! This stuff is great! I like the convenience of having this on hand for days when I just cannot drink enough water. I have hypertension so any chance I get to be completely hydrated without having to drink a gallon of water is amazing. This helps me so much. I can only imagine that after a night out it would take the edge off of that awful groggy feeling I get. Will update next time we hit the bars. I recommend this to anyone that is even an athlete or just like me trying to get ahead of hydration issue. It works.

I used this for the first time when we had a long night out. I don’t drink often but I alway had a hangover when I do! I felt good waking up the next day. I didn’t feel dehydrated or I didn’t have headache. This is def worth it’s weight in gold!
