Absolutely disgusted with hang 10 pools…
Absolutely disgusted with hang 10 pools llc, After taking my money and dragging their feet for two months about not able to get correct measurements for the the pool liner, they suddenly decided to cancel the contract because they couldn't handle the job they agreed to in writing and told me they have lots of experience with vinyl liners and two months later after getting nothing done and contacting the previous company to ask them for the measurements since they build the pool originally, and I called the manufacturer and they told me that the reason he couldn’t get the measurements is because That pool is beyond your contractor expertise”. He misrepresented his experience just to get my money. The pool was in bad shape when he came to look at it and give me an estimate but still insisted that no problem he can get it back to its original condition . "Warning: Do not trust with your money or your time. Their lack of integrity and inability to fulfill their commitments is truly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable company to work with." Incompetent and deceitful, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and save yourself the headache.

We apologize for how this situation panned out and would have preferred to have this project come to fruition. We have refunded your deposit and wish you the best outcome with your pool. Our team got your liner measurements, even with the shape it was in, and remeasured time and time again at your request. We submitted them to the manufacturer several times and they would not accept your model and could not provide the dimensions from your previous liner. We did reach out to the former installer (which built and replaced the liner twice) and he was not able to help either. He did make us aware that he had refused to do the job when asked this time since it in terrible shape and that it was not replaceable do to the fact of track damage, step damage, and how corroded it was under the liner. We did reach out to another vinyl liner installer to help you with the project as they might be better equipped to deal with the underlying damage to the structure of the pool. Our wishes have always been to attempt to help you with this pool issue and get you the best outcome possible. Regrettably, this project has gone outside of the original scope of what we have discussed and we can no longer continue, and we would never start construction on a project that we do not believe we can give you the best possible product at the very end. However, we would still like to assist you in any way we can and provide you with other options and solutions. We are saddened by your review and are still open to possibilities of helping you find another solution.
