I have been using Handy Backup for over 10 years, upgrading regularly and enjoying the new features. I have reached out for help 4 or 5 times in this period and in all cases have had a quick reply and resolution. I especially like the intuitive user interface, the ability to review logs and backups are composed of native accessible files. This has saved me several times.

The product works very well and the team is generally responsive. Some delays with difference in time zone but thankfully since product works well and consistently there are few reasons to reach out.
