I love the sign
I love the sign. The design, quality and size is everything I wanted. My question was quickly answered by email. The email informing me of the finished product with a picture was very helpful. Also being informed when it was going to be shipped was great.

Good design
Good design, intricate and elegant. I am a little worried about durability as the metal is thin, but indoors against the wall it should be ok. Delivery took almost 3 weeks, but most of that time was the delivery service's fault as it got sent to Texas and "missorted" before coming to me

Great product, but did not come as described.
The sign came in with everything expected, except dimmer switch. The site said it will come with a dimmer switch, but only came with a metal box linking the two connections. So I have no way to dim the bright sign. Overall I trust this company.

Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing dimmer switch. This is not the experience we aim to provide our customers. We will contact you via email to resolve this issue and may arrange for a replacement dimmer switch to be sent to you. Please keep an eye out for our email. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our company. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. It looks as if the order is still…
It looks as if the order is still processing and I also paid extra for fast delivery. It has been 7 days now since I placed the order and I don't know when I will get it.
