sold me a "professional" account that came with a chat restriction and a bad honor level. They will not not respond to me emails regarding the issue. i did NOT buy a penalty account. Update: issue was quickly fixed. good customer service was very helpful with solving the issues and offered many options for compensation.

Everything was fine for 3 weeks, tried to login today. Email changed. Never had to change it to my own since it was registered on theirs. Expecting it to be a fine business this shouldn't happen. ^not email but password changed. received a new account, wondering tho what happend to the old one and why i didn't get that one back, so 4/5 instead of 5/5
