I got 2 pairs of gloves and had problems with one. After I contacted them and sent a photo, I did quickly get a new pair. I did not have any problems with the communication or shipping. Communication delays were more on my end. I like the product; they feel good and allow for freedom of movement with crafting. I believe they help me more with my CMC (base of thumb) arthritis when I am spinning. The support is light but may be all I need and it helps with keeping things comfortable to not be too binding.
