Ordered 4 pairs, but were a bit too large. Got in touch with customer support, at first all seemed to be going good, BUT now emails are being rejected. I would tell you all not to use this company. Dare say no refund will be coming!!!! Now had response from Handhearth on this site saying get in touch via the email, how can I when it gets rejected????

My gloves arrived today & I was very excited to receive them. What a huge disappointment. Like someone else said I failed to read the reviews on this product. I contemplated whether to get them as they weren’t cheap, but they looked so good! How wrong could I be. I measured correctly, but they are way too baggy ( I even think the small would be too big) and offer no support whatsoever. The padding by the thumb is useless. From reading the reviews I don’t think it’s worth trying for a refund. The product is very inferior & does not look like the pictures advertised. I feel totally misled by the advertising and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

I was disappointed with the inferior quality of the gloves. I asked to return them. IN order to return them they wanted me to take a photo of the gloves and then drag it to the site. I had 2 pair of gloves so had to do this 2 x's. Then they told me a credit would be issued to my original payment-----remains to be seen------and to keep the product! Sleazy company designed to get your money and then make it difficult to return any items you don't like. DO NOT BUY FROM HAND HEARTH.

I've just taken ownership of two pairs of Hand Stabilisers, what an absolute scam. I measured my mans medium size hands which sized above the large size on the Hand Hearth website. After numerous communication with Hand Hearth I ordered large expecting them to be tight to find they're no tighter than a pair of gloves and don't stabilise anything, what a scam. I tried to leave review on their website but can't because there's no way of doing so suggesting the reviews shown are fabricated and posted by Hand Hearth. DO NOT BUY FROM HAND HEARTH ALL THE CLAIMS ARE FALSE AS IT SEEMS ARE THEIR REVIEWS. 15.10.26 UPDATE I tried to contact Hand Hearth twice using the Email address in their reply but it bounced back three times as undeliverable due to non existent Email address which supports my scam claim.

Like many knitters and crocheters, I suffer with wrist and thumb pain, and when I saw an ad on facebook for Hand Hearth I was quite keen, my old copper compression gloves are a bit tired and maybe the thumb support might help? Wrong. Normally I do my due diligence and look outside of a companies website for reviews. How foolish of me not to. The gloves are flimsy, even the smallest size sags off of the front/back of my hand and the elasticated edges ruffle. There is a big bulky seam that sits against your thumb webbing, causing a rub within minutes of wearing them - clearly no one with average hands has ever tried to work in them! I even took my time hand sewing the seams flatter against the fabric to help minimise the rub, and it worked a little. Mostly its a waste of time and money though, the "free" gifts with each purchase should've been a giveaway that it was poorly made rubbish, AI brushed pictures and a huge mark up. Don't forget the offer of "free hand hearth massager" for a positive video review they can post. Totally disgusting, absolute scammers.

I have not bought this product, but I can state that the ad is fabricated, not a real article in a publication - the author and the article do not exist. Also, illustrations of the CMC joint are actually of two different joints - the carpometacarpal (CMC) joint, at the body of the hand, and the metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint, in the length of the finger, but are referred to as the same thing. This glaring error convinced me not to trust the quality of the product.

I just received the Hand Hearth gloves and I am extremely disappointed. The sizing is dreadful. I bought the small size, with my hand measuring on the upper range of small and lower range of medium, yet the small gloves are too loose. The thumb pad doesn't even touch my skin as the design is so loose plus the fabric is thin and extremely flimsy. Even if it did fit it would offer no support or pressure due to the poor quality fabric and the flimsy nature of the pad itself which is just a thin useless bit of soft foam. Do not waste your time or money on this product! Absolutely useless! On top of this it took over 4 weeks of delivery time. I have had things shipped from USA, Canada, and Europe with standard shipping arriving in 1 week to 10 days max. I have nothing positive to say about this product. It is certainly not worth the money for the cheap useless flimsy fabric and construction. So disappointed as I had awaited it eagerly truly hoping it would help ease my thumb pain so I could continue enjoying my piano playing. Do not believe a word of their advertising! This product is about useful as rubbish!

This is a very poorly constructed product with flimsy material. It offers very little support. I would recommend a visit to a drugstore or two to buy a thumb stabilizer as they offer much better hand support than this product. The shipping took well over a month. I would try to get a refund but the nightmare reviews on dealing with their customer service has dissuaded me from even trying. Buyers beware!
