Still haven't received my order from almost a month ago

If i could give a zero review I would. I placed an order over a month ago and never recvd it. I had requested my order to be cancelled and refunded because i was unaware the items come from China. To this day I have recvd nothing. When i send a request for my refund status i get nothing! BUYERS BEWARE.........

It's hard to make a review at this time, because it has been over a month and I have not recieved my order. Which has made me quite frustrated. So a refund and my order would be great and it will reinforce my confidence in the company.

When I did I started seeing notices that what I received was a fake product so now I'm scared to use it on my face. I would love a refund because I feel like I didn't receive what I ordered and when the package was post marked from Jamaica that sent the red flags flying.

I never received my order. I AM VERY UPSET. 7

I will be honest.I wanted to like this product but I did not receive the product that was advertised.The pictures showed a larger and thicker looking product than what I received.It basically feels like water. I do not want a refund but I do want an emmediate cancellation of any subscription.

I still haven't received your product.

Horrible service been 3 wks have yet to receive my order will not be ordering again!!
