I was sent the wrong product. They are sending a replacement

I’ve only been using the lash serum for about a week, so haven’t seen any improvement yet but it doesn’t sting my eyes if I manage to get some in them, which is a bonus. I have high hopes for it to increase my lash thickness.

I received two bottles that are half the size of the advertised bottle and the liquid wash a white milky fluid nothing like the yellow purely fluid. I have put in a dispute with my bank bacause this is completely a dishonest scam .

I ordered the silk peptide egf toner expecting a big bottle as advertised but got 2 smalls ones. Wasn’t happy at all & haven’t even open them for the price I paid

After receiving two small bottles(not the same size on the website), no listing of ingredients....I received what looks to be a fake product. Your site states, " 24 hours to shipping!" Just got the fake product 101426, after ordering 092226! Highly disappointed! You reap what you sow!

My lashes are longer than what I originally started using this serum. It's one of my go to routine now before bed.
