I placed my order on September 20th. It's now Oct 17th and I still haven't received my order. When I track my order, it says waiting on updates, leaving me no information on where my order is or when I can expect it. Close to a month is an excessively long time to ship an order.

Quick delivery. Great product does what it says it should.

Received wrong shade of eyebrow tint. No replies to my emails.

Eyebrow tint took over a month to arrive and it did nothing except removed some of my eyebrows when I tried to peel it off. It also advertises to leave it on for 30min however instructions on the box says several hours. Total scam - don’t waste your money.

The applicator is a much easier to use. Hopefully my eyelashes will be fuller before too long

The product is easy to use as the applicator is definitely well made. Actually after just one week of using Hanae eye lash serum growth I started to notice a difference in my eyelashes. They look darker (which was my primary goal) and thicker. I tried at least 3 other brands and have never gotten results that I’m seeing using Hanae!!
