I’m one of those people who has boxes full of products that promised to help me not “ look” my age. This company has made a difference. Do I look 25? Be serious I am 77 ( don’t look it) but my skin looks and feels years younger. Have great success and will keep buying.

I enjoy the feel of this product on my face heavy enough to make your face feel drenched with moisture that absorbs well. Plus very pleasant smell.

I never received my order and would Appreciate a refund

Delivery took a very long time. I ordered the Mocha color brow tint but received gray. The product does not peel off easily and has in fact pulled out a few brow hairs. It did not leave much color on my brows.

I was sent fake products.

Product did no fulfill promise or experience

I recently purchased the lash serum and I love it. I also received an email explaining how to use so that I don't use too much. I am only using the serum for 2 week and I already see beautiful results.

Do not order! I repeat - Do Not Order! You will not receive your items. You will not get a refund. You won't get shipping updates and customer service sucks! I spent $40 on items I'm never going to receive but they have marketing adds everywhere! I ordered almost a month ago and no items have arrived and my tracking never updates but Hanae customer service has no problem telling me it's still on the way that there was an issue with customs but tracking doesn't show the package has ever even been packed and shipped. It just says -parcel information received but customer service says they can see it moving. It's a scam. Don't order! They won't refund you even if you ask and they send out emails saying they wanna choose 1 person each week to refund their order.
