It was the right color and went on easily. After several hours I tried to gently remove and it did not come off. So I rinsed and started it again a few days later. It did not peel off in one piece, it crumbled. So I gently rinced off and the color came out and some eyebrow hairs too. I cannot use again

I'm so glad I tried this brow tint!! I was skeptical but got two different shades and was really surprised how quick and easy it was to apply, dry, and remove. The removal took me a few peels but next time I will apply in an even stroke and think that will make removal much easier. The color is great, my brows look arched and nicely shaded, and my sensitive skin didn't have any negative reaction. Yay!

Product might not even be the same thing as advertised. Packaging and labels are different. No name brand on bottles or packaging. Bottles are smaller than the ones in the ad. It would be a hassle to return so I just set them aside.

I've have been reaching out to Sujin for weeks asking, Begging her; her company to please send me a return label with No Response! However, I get all these messages from the company ( as though they are from her). All I want is a return label. YOU CAN'T JUST GO TO THEIR SITE AND GET ONE!!! YOU MUST GO TO THEM AND REQUEST ONE, AND YOU WON'T GET ONE!!! I'm having issues with my hair and can't use this product now, sadly. Don't buy anything from anyone that won't allow a refund, if it's BRAND NEW UNOPENED!!! God's peace and blessings

I am extremely disappointed with Hanae Korea. It has been over two weeks since my order was shipped, and I still haven’t received it. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company!

Applicator is very nice. Momentary slight stinging when applied. Seems to be working.

It’s handy and easy to use, it doesn’t hurt or sting to your eye. My lashes are slowly and starting to grow now. I will definitely buy again. Thank you.
