Website states 4-7 business for US shipping. My order was placed on 9/30/26 and I still have not received it. I sent an email to customer service only to be told they have no shipping information for me but that it’s on its way. That doesn’t help at all. Over 3 weeks to get product is ridiculous. My order amount should be refunded for this inconvenience and outrageous shipping time. Not happy at all.

The order took 49ers to arrive. Finally it came here and I used it once. When I opened the tube second time, the tip (brush) is gone… somehow, it broke off and now I can’t use it. So… I only experienced it once. It wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t totally satisfactory either. The color shows better than other products but not as well as I expected (but I left it dry for only 1.5 hours while the instructions say to leave it for several hours).

I haven't received my order, its been been 20 days since I ordered and money deducted from my account. I've been so excited to try this amazing product, but its still not here 😭 Oct 3rd paid/ordered & 23rd still no product.

I still haven't received my order but you're already asking how great it is. Don't you think y'all could maybe update our purchases so we could review your product, honestly. I really thought I wouldn't get ripped off. My bad, AGAIN

I have been using the product on my legs for a week now and I can see a differences the product was received faster that most products I have ordered before.

I got my order very fast. I have started using the Hanae lash serum and luckily I have no allergic reaction which is what I was dreading. After 2 weeks my lashes look longer already. I think I will use on my brows too. Having thick eyebrows could be nice.
