Been using the product for a couple weeks now and see a difference already. Hoping that i will see more length growth very soon.

The product was not what I expected and the color does not match I needed one shade darker.

Awful experience! My rating should be Zero! I don’t recommend this product to other users because of the bad experience with the delivery of my product. I have ordered with Hanae Korea and realized right away that my old address was listed as the default address so i sent an email to customer support to modify the address the same day i placed the order. Only after 10 minutes upon placing the order that i sent the email. Not even a grace period. I have an email showing that but Hanae Korea did not acknowledged it right away. They dont have courtesy cancellation or modification. They shipped the product the next day and it was sent to my old address and i never received the product. Tried contacting the property manager of my old address and they said that the current tenant did not receive anything. Also filed a police report about this. Police report has been approved. I dont want to pay for a product i have never received. Hanae Korea should process refund or send me the product again to my new address.

I just started using the product and I haven’t seen any changes yet. I have heard that Korean product is a good product. We will see.

I’ve only used it for a couple days but am excited to see the results!

I have been using this for about a week, and I can honestly see some improvement in lashes! They are starting to get a little longer and not as straight. I had lash extensions for almost 3 yrs. straight, and it literally ruined my lashes. This product I feel…. will bring them back to life. Excited to see the results in a few weeks.

When I make my order all was fast and easy I received the product quickly started to use it and waiting for the promised results
