The order came quickly, but when I tried to email the company about a refund because the tip of the applicator came off, so I could no longer apply the serum to the base of my lashes, it came back as undeliverable and I never got a response to my “contact us” message from the website. I have been using the product for over two weeks and haven’t noticed any results yet either.

I waited over a month to get the product when the product came. It was not what you advertise at all they sent me something totally different! I am so disappointed I will be returning it.! Respect respectfully, a disappointment, consumer Terry Dudley

Fantastic.. was kept up to date with order highly recommend

I was so excited for this to come in the mail but it never came. I checked with my concierge, mailbox, asked neighbours but it never arrived even though when I tracked it it said delivered. I contacted support and they said theres nothing they can do because the carrier said delivered. I wish there was more they could have done but they didnt even try. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank and unfortunately will not be supporting their business ever again.
