I never received my order from a month ago.

They ( Hanae Korea) sent a small generic bottle and doesn’t even have their name on it like they advertise. I don’t see any results like they say immediately (although I realize temporary) definitely a bait and switch scam. Reaching out to my credit card - also from China not korea

I have used hundreds of mascaras. I promise all of you mascara users THIS IS THE ONE!!!!! I went through chemotherapy, lost my hair , used the serum , now the mascara , and my eyelashes and eyebrows are back and thick!!! I don’t take pictures but this is no scam. It’s the truth!! I’m happy to have found this product. Thank you

What went wrong is I still haven’t received my order!!?? If I had known the products were not local as in USA, I would not have ordered. No offense to products overseas. I would definitely want a refund please!
