Delivery time was fine. Just started using product a few days ago.

I ordered it nearly a month ago, have emailed about my order, no response and I have never received my order. Very disappointed.

They sold me a fake product. When I reached out for their attention to this matter they didn’t respond to me at all.

The product is smooth and sleek and goes on as advertised. Perfect applicator separating each individual strand of hair and the tip collects the exact amount of product to apply to the eyelid for additional absorption. I have only been utilizing for a few days and my lashes look beautiful because of the separating each lash. I will check back in a few weeks and verify growth. Thus far I am very pleased

I was making order a week ago and get a very nice and fast delivery with great communication after. Product is very well working and look professional, I can’t tell more about it because I just started using it. But everything is very good no any issues

I haven’t received my order. It’s been 3 weeks……

I ordered 2 of the Hanae Volufiline Ampoule and received something called Zyvarn Hydrating Serum with totally different ingredients. TINY bottle (10ml) The silk peptide toner I received with no branding on it doesn’t have any of the ingredients in it that it said it had online on the listing I ordered from. Completely different product than advertised and the bottle is way smaller than it looked in the photos too. This is a scam. Unfortunately when I checked the reviews here before I ordered they were mostly positive and it seems as though this last wave of orders have created a lot of unhappy customers. I’ve emailed for my money back but who knows…
