I was really disappointed in the purchase I made. I selected the buy 1 get 1 free option and supposedly they said I only selected the 1 only product option though the price is the same which is $34.95. Why would anyone just select the one product when you can get a second one for free? Also, why would they even offer that option?! I emailed them and said I was expecting two and their reply was you only selected the one product option. Which is a complete lie! Neil the customer service person replied and said sorry, but you paid for one. Not even an option to send me a second one. I’m returning this product. It’s not worth $34.95. The bottle is really small and I don’t trust them now to even use it. I will send an update on the return process.

**Not as advertised — not Korean, and the FORMULA and INGREDIENTS DON'T MATCH the claims** I ordered the Silk Peptide EGF Toner after seeing TikTok ads for "Hanae Korea" — advertised as Korean skincare with a pearlescent, shimmering liquid containing a 30-peptide complex, niacinamide, and ceramides. $39.90 total. It arrived fairly quickly, but it is NOT what was advertised: - The box says Made in China, distributed by a Hong Kong company. There is no KOREAN text anywhere on the box or bottle. - There is no branding on the packaging at all. The only print on the box and bottle is "Silk Peptide Intensive Smoothing Toner" — the word EGF appears nowhere, even though it was sold to me as "Silk Peptide EGF Toner." - The liquid is a flat milky substance — no pearl shimmer at all. - The ingredient label lists only: *water, glycerin, 1,2-hexanediol, carbomer, arginine, hydrolyzed fibroin, and oligopeptide-1*. NO niacinamide, NO ceramides, and 1 peptide — not 30! I also found the exact same product being sold under several other brand names with word-for-word identical "customer reviews," which tells me this is a generic white-label formula, not a real Korean brand. It also left my skin extremely dry — I had to do a really deep moisturizing step after this product dried down. I have requested a refund as the product is not as described. Save your money.

Love the product and the quality service. Would order again. Great shopping experience and my skin feels wonderful and hydrated.
