They respond quickly. I was surprised about the size of the bottle very small not what is advertized. Does not carry the name Hanae on the label. I did message them but no answer justvthey would look into it. Nothing after. The product does make the skin look firmer so I will keep using it. Not sticky, no residue, just better looking skin.

I have sent messages regarding my order. The product I received does not have your company name on it. Is white in colour and quite thin in consistency. Looks nothing like what you are advertising. Also does not say EGF anywhere on the bottles. Was I sent the incorrect product?

I feel the formula is very watery, I feel a very slight tightening, but see no change at all. I am disappointed due to what I saw on FB and the reality of it. The formula does smell good, but is slightly sticky feeling.

The bottle is different from all the ads I’ve seen and when I test out the product I’m not getting the same result right away like the ads! So I’m wondering did I get a fake bottle or ???
