Ordered the 100% Volufiline (2 bottles) and received 2 bottles of a glow serum. I wrote several times and got no response. Then I found so many reviews where this company did the same thing to other customers. I now have a case with PayPal reporting them. Hopefully, I will get a refund. My first order with them for their eyelash was great. I will never order from them again.

Didn’t open my product they came as tiny little 100 mil bottles in the picture. The Lady is holding a really large bottle which was probably about 400 ml There is no size on the website but I didn’t expect to receive 100 mil bottle of false advertising and they have not got back to me about my refund. I wouldn’t deal with this company.

Too early to tell if it’s working or not. Product is very watery and sometimes gets into my eyes which can be irritating. I’ve only used this formula for a week so I have not seen any results yet. I do like the wand as it has bristles as well as a tip for lash line. Will be anxious to see how it works in a few more weeks.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but the option is not available. I ordered 3 products from Hanae Korea, buy one get one free) and figured out too late that this product is not Korean skincare, but rather coming out of China, upon checking the tracking number they provided, which by the way only says it’s coming out of China and no further information is listed or provided. I’ve sent several emails to cancel the order and they haven’t responded back. It’s a total scam and this company is selling Korean skincare but it’s not Korean. Please be aware and DO NOT BUT FROM HANAE KOREAN. 🙅🏻♀️ Order 110729

I’m usually skeptical about products that I see online. Video showed all were telling that this product tighten just skin. I did purchase two bottles because it was what the price, and to my surprise, you actually do feel a little tightness, so I feel that it does work. I would recommend this product

Fast shipping. Great packaging. The product is great so far. Doesn’t irritate my eyes like other products I’ve tried.
