I ordered September 4 and have not received my order

I found out that you are not the authentic product. I want my money back from your company. Fraud is a crime.

I have never received a tracking number or answers , when I have messages twice. Nor have I received the product that you charged me for. To you are nothing more than SCAMMERS

Haven’t really started using it but I’m excited for when I do. I was expecting 2 bottles but maybe I hit the wrong button. It came fast though so shipping was good.

I still have not received my order #87550 which I had placed on 13 Sept 2026. I write your Customer Service who replied that they too did not where my order was but assured me that my order was still coming! This is unacceptable. I would therefore want a refund immediately. JO
