Had a serious financial situation needed to cancel my order. Responded on request quickly.

I LOVE Hanae ! I lost my eyelashes due to chemotherapy treatments and was upset with no eyelashes. I saw this on instagram and immediately ordered it . A week of using it , I started to see little lashes and now 3 weeks later …My Lashes are back‼️

I have always looked after my skin but this product is a game changer. People have commented. It’s smoother, tighter and feels amazing. If you are thinking about this product, definitely buy it. You won’t regret it.

Poor took too long never got my product. I want my refund back.

Still have not received my order 4weeks on. No response to an email sent to support email. Very upset Nikki in Australia

I am still waiting for my order #102446 i didnt receive yet. Its taking so long not as promised. I have zero idea on where it is and the tracking is not updating what so ever. Please refund me.

Still waiting for my order. Sent emails to customer service, the last two, no response. Not happy Jan 😡

Extraordinary product. Not just for women. Men take care of their skin as well and this was the perfect choice to start my skin care regiment for healthy and beautiful skin. My sling feels tighter and firmer and much softer. I highly recommend this product. It works great and worth the price.
