I have short, straight, stubborn eyelashes. This serum somehow managed to grow it so that I am able to easily apply mascara and curl it. Highly recommended.

I have just started using this product and so far I am loving it. Packaging and shipping were great.

Took a long time and the bottles of product weren’t as advertised in size.

Quick delivery and info in transit. So far I love the serum! So much I do believe I will try the new toner!!🥰 hopefully lashes will grow, but no stinging!

Hanae reached out to me after I was disappointed with the order I received. They were kind enough to offer a refund which I do appreciate but in order to possibly be selected to receive a refund I was asked to share my experience and give a positive review. I do give their costumer services 5 stars for their proactiveness. I’m still disappointed with the fake product they sent.
