HanaekoreaReviews of hanaekorea.com

My product was never delivered, I’ve reached out to the company 3 times now and have heard crickets. This company is a scam, do not purchase from them. I’d give them zero stars but I had to put something to write the review.

Love love this product makes my skin feel like and look like glass very hydrating and not sticky amazing product

I. Ever vit the items that i ordered on 10/2 inspite of several follow ups!

I have never heard any update on my orders and it’s been almost a month. Not even sure if the products are worth reviewing if I never receive them. I would not want to recommend it.

I never got my order. I emailed the company asking about it and they never responded back.

I ordered the product in Sept., and it was never received. Through tracking, it appears to have never got lost or stolen during shipping. I have contacted support twice and never received any follow up. A very disappointing experience overall.

This eye serum is so good used religiously every day for past month and my lashes look amazing

I placed my order for the lash serum when it was buy one and get one free. I only received one in the package and have sent a few emails asking when the other would be shipped. I have yet to receive a response or the second tube. I like the one tube I received, but am now concerned about placing any other orders since I did not get what I ordered and no one has responded to my inquiries.
