So far, I believe I landed a premium client because of the pay and the benefits. Plus the people in the company where I got hired is so welcoming. But I wouldn’t be here in the first place if it’s not for Halo so I am going to give them credits for that!

My experience with Halo Recruiting has been exceptional. The entire process was seamless, from initial contact to final coordination. Everything felt well‑organized, and every step was communicated clearly, which made the journey smooth and stress‑free. What truly stood out was the team. The staff are incredibly approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping candidates succeed. They were always ready to assist, answer questions, and provide guidance with warmth and professionalism. Halo Recruiting sets the standard for what a positive recruitment experience should feel like. Highly recommended.

I would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that supported me throughout the hiring process. Eris and Nadz were on top of everything from the initial interview all the way through the client interview stage. They consistently kept me informed, were always responsive to my questions, and made sure that every step of the process moved smoothly. Their professionalism and dedication made a significant difference in my overall experience. I would also like to thank Michelle. When there were changes on the client side, she took the time to personally call me and explain everything instead of simply sending an email. I really appreciated that extra effort, as it showed genuine care and ensured that communication remained clear and transparent. Lastly, I want to recognize Quevin for making the offer and contract process seamless. Everything was handled efficiently, and any questions I had were addressed promptly. My experience with the entire team was exceptional from start to finish. The way they communicate, support candidates, and work together reflects the quality of leadership behind the organization. Thank you all for making this one of the smoothest and most positive hiring experiences I've had!

My experience with Halo Recruiting has been very smooth and positive from the recruitment stage up to onboarding. The entire process was well managed, organized, and supportive, which made my transition into a new role much easier and more comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and approachable. Special thanks to Aldrey for trudsting in me and helping me land this opportunity. Nadz consistently made sure I stayed on track throughout the process, while Michelle explained the job offer and onboarding details very clearly and smoothly. Quevin was also extremely supportive, especially with laptop coordination, onboarding concerns, and timesheet related questions. What I appreciated the most was how responsive and hands on the team was. There were no awkward moments or confusing transitions. Communication was clear, expectations were properly explained, and they genuinely made me feel supported from day one. Overall, it has been a great experience so far, and I’m very thankful for the opportunity and guidance provided by the team.

The hiring process is quite fast and well organized. They make sure that everything is in order prior to actual onboarding process.

I would like to thank Halo Recruiting for all the support and assistance from Day 1 up to now. Everything has gone smoothly, and I truly appreciate how accommodating and responsive your team has been throughout the entire process. Thank you as well for helping me find a great client and for making the transition comfortable and stress-free. I also appreciate how your team regularly checks in on me, asks how I’m doing, and makes sure I’m adjusting well. It’s reassuring to know that support is always available whenever there are questions or challenges encountered. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity and the positive experience working with Halo Recruiting.

Applied on their job posting. After completing the 2nd interview with their senior recruiter. They ghosted me. The recruiter hinted they would make a decision in a few days. But more than a week has passed. Complete silence. Any feedback would have been better than no updates at all. And it’s not just about not getting the job. It’s the disappointment, the anxiety, and the lack of respect for the time and effort applicants put into the process.

Our team worked with halo and got a result that was above our expectations. Halo was sharp in communicating with us and understanding our needs. every time we reviewed candidates and shared feedback the next set we interviewed would be even sharper. in the end we got a very strong candidate for the role with skill and experience surplus to our needs but ultimately quite beneficial. Where we operate it’s hard to find quality of talent, so to secure it at such a good rate is even better and boosts our companies overall capacity.
