Just what I ordered and it came quickly! Thanks.

The order process was easy and the costume arrived on time. My only issue is i ordered a medium costume for my son and it runs REALLY small. He was so excited about it though that he opened the package so I wasn't able to send it back for a larger size. He still wears it though...the back just doesn't close.

Only thing I didn't care for was the costume I ordered ran really small. I ordered a 12 month for my 9 month old grandaughter and its a really tight fit. Not sure she will still fit it in another month. However it is good quality and was delivered promptly. Also super cute!

My costume was damaged when arrived. I emailed support and they immediately shipped a replacement part and sent a tracking number. Only thing would be to better protect plastic pieces of costume from damage in shipping, or convincing the mail carrier (UPS surepost) to not cram a box into the mailbox that would barely fit.

I was little hesitant to get costumes online, but I'm glad I went with this company (another company's costumes just didn't fit right). Each item I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and fit well. The prices are as most costumes are, but I feel they offered a wider selection to choose from so you can put your money toward the costume you REALLY want, not the one you settle for because that was "all there was," such as if you were in a store where sizes go fast. Plus, they give an option of e-mailing you if you'd like to know when a specific costume is back in stock, a nice addition unlike other websites, so if you really wanted a certain costume, it will most likely become available again (this happened to me). The only reason I gave it one star less is because of their refund policy. In order to receive credit back, you have to postmark it within 14 days. It wouldn't be an issue with me since I am the type to try it on right away and then send it right back out the following day, but for those who are busy and cannot necessarily make it out to the post office that quickly, it would pose a problem. (Personally, I like having 30 days to return items because it doesn't make me feel so antsy and rushed, but I can see why maybe they would give people a shorter time-frame--no one wants to buy a used costume, yuck!) Bottom line, I was happy with my experience and the costumes I received--I kept all of them. They are going to be wonderful for Halloween--so excited!

I ordered two costumes for a Candyland theme bday party and a wig...every item was great and delivery was fast! Prices are better than ANYWHERE else! I had a question about a discount promo code during my check-out and I received an answer within 24 hours!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! One thing I will complain about was when I was purchasing things on their website and had items in my cart, if didn't purchased the items in my cart right away, they will disappear from my cart. That was annoying as I had a lot of items as I was trying to decide which items to buy and I had to keep going back more than 5 times to get the items again into my cart. Other than that, everything else was GREAT!

I ordered the Johnny Tractor and Baseball party kits for my boys birthday parties. The quality of the product was exactly the same as all party supplies at the cheapest online price. The supplies arrived on time and well packaged. I was very impressed at the amount of supplies that I got for the price. I had everything I needed to decorate with leftovers to spare. Very cute. The only complaint i would have is that several of the balloons had small holes in them so they could not be used. Overall excellent.
