Hallock & AssociatesReviews of hallockandassociates.com

I had three creditors contact me for full repayment and Hallock is now being sued themselves. I asked for a refund of my money and they told me "as soon as my account is closed it will be returned in 7-10 business days. Its almost $10k and that was 60+ days ago. I do not believe they paid off any of my loans.

They charge tons of fees

I wished I did not have to give any stars. They have completely ruined my credit The only reason I went with them was because I wanted to consolidate all my bills into one and get rid of the credit cards. They said I would have all of them paid off in 2 years 3 years later I'm told all my creditors are coming back to me and hardly any of them were paid. They took my money and ran with it. I have been sued after sued after sued I believe this company needs sued and rightfully pay back our money and more for our poor credit now. If there is a first class lawsuit against this company for clients someone reach out to me.

I have had three of my creditors issue lawsuits against me and Hallock is now being sued by the government and the clients can no longer be represented! Where are my records? How much money of mine did they use? What did they use my money on for the past two years? Who will get me out of this mess? Now I have to get another agency to represent me and start all over again? Who is gonna help me? If the Attorney General cannot help me, the secretary of state cannot help me, and now I have to call the Federal Trade Commission to see what they’re gonna do about this situation? Dora

Horrible experience! Takes your money and don’t pay the debt! Then emails 2 years later saying they are not longer handling my debt. I found out they haven’t been paying my debt as agreed too! These people need sued

This company needs to be sued. They have not paid one debt or put any money towards any of my debts seems like they took all my money and put in their pockets. I would love to file a class action lawsuit against them. Because of them removing me from the program without my knowledge has made my situation worse meaning that I will probably have to file bankruptcy. Anyone wanting to do business with them beware.

scam POS that should be shut down. any review more than 1 star is probably fake

The process was not clearly laid out. What was stated on the phone call and what was "spelled out" a year after they had taken a very large sum from our account. When we were told their first attempt was unsuccessful, the second one goes much quicker. After viewing our portal we were informed there was less than a thousand dollars in our account. When we asked where all our funds went, it was then, a whole year later, we were informed"we take out our fees first". We were never informed as to how much that fee would be and when it was withdrawn, yeah, shame on us. I think we call that trust, now we feel as we were had. Our hard earned funds were depleted. We received an email to call a number for assistance, because they were busy helping others and had heavy call volume. Funny it was the same number we were told to use to get help from them. If you can work it out yourself try it, we probably could have done much better
