So you receive a sign up bonuse but God forbid you win anything off of it and try to clame it after waiting a month you call to see whats up and you get treated like your stupid and yelled at. Then after ten minutes on hold asking for a manager (of course he clames he is) he continues to go off and you can't even understand a word coming out of his mouth cuz he doesn't know english. He proceeds to tell you that you haven't made a deposit so you don't get any pay outs. Why am I going to make a deposit when you don't even send me the money I won already. The website and employees all lie to take your money.

I have made 4 withdrawals (good sign) for roughly 1500usd. The first and 2nd withdrawals were really frustrating. The 3rd, slightly better experience and slightly better communication but still some issues...such as, wire transfer didn't work so it delayed things. I did play again and withdrew a 4th time more recently, keeping in mind I had made quite a few deposits over 4 years. My 4th withdrawal is pending now, so I'm hoping to have a better review to post. In my experience, do NOT request withdrawal by wire as it never works...at least for me. Ask for cheque. You WILL receive your winnings but expect at least a month until you do. I remember once waiting 2 months! I have just requested my withdrawal and my vip rep will oversee it so let's see if this time it's quicker. $2000 at a time is true. You can only withdraw again once your withdrawal status has been confirmed. Each time has been better. Reps are friendly, responsive and professional...getting better! Will update on latest withdrawal once received!

Would not pay $1,300.00 in winnings because i had 2 email addresses but accepted money for over a year they did a similar thing to me a yesr ago.

Waiting for my $23,000 winnings, already getting the runaround!!!! Will keep you posted!

Waiting since August 2020 for my payout. I won over 7,000.00 and was told I could only withdraw 2000.00 at one time . So I requested the withdrawal and it was approved. After that I was informed that I needed to send a selfie with credit card I used. picture of my id. I did that. after that I was emailed and asked for my bitcoin wallet address. I opened an account with Cash app and send them my wallet address. Hallmark wanted me to go with Coinbase , I did that and no one will return my calls , because they never answer the phone. I get disconnected with live chat. I am so suspicious of what they ask for , like the front and back of the credit card. When I deposited it took seconds to do those transactions. They didn't ask for picture of front and back of the card I used. Finally I have a form to fill out and we will see what happens then. I will fill out the form and wait to see what the outcome will be , before I contact the appropriate federal agency that will deal with these people.

If I could do a below one star I would do so. I won $1000 and have been trying to get paid out for over three months this place is a scam scam scam scam. I have given them more than enough documentation to prove my identity and they still have failed to pay me out don’t play at this place they are dishonest and they ripping people off read the rest of the reviews and you will see they are not honest they will rip you off scam scam scam. Legal advice tells me they have a horrible reputation with stealing identities be aware do not give them your personal information more than once or you will be scammed as I have been.

Successful transfer. Claim They never received it, they admit they received it, it was a dummy acct, it was sent, it never left my wallet, I spent it somewhere else, and myriad scenarios that leave me down 0.01668633 BTC. Will not provide any further details They Disconnect from chat when ever asked for proof of their claims In addition to straight up lying to you about the procedures regarding free/bonus play thereby voiding any chance of ever cashing out.

I’m with the idea of a CLASS ACTION SUIT. I just inquired about making a withdrawal and then they are refusing me. I’ve done the playthrough and I’m owed over $600 and they won’t pay. It’s not fair and this is a bunch of baloney. I’ve made several deposits and they are basically stealing, using false advertising, and breaking other laws I’m sure. I can’t let this go. I’m doing something about it.
