This place is definitely a scam and I didn’t even need to try a withdrawal to discover that. As soon as I signed up and was looking to find the email to verify my account I found it in the spam folder with a red flag attached to it saying this link is very suspicious and has a link inside of it used to steal peoples personal information. My theory is that somehow they are able to manipulate there games so the winnings odds and extremely increased and you end up thinking you have hit it big and then when you go to withdrawal they ask for all these personal document and bank information etc and after that point when you send all of your very personal valuable and sensitive information they flip the script and either just give you the run around or they will come up with a very minute issue as to why your winnings have been confiscated. I played with a 50 dollar free chip and quickly made the wager requirement and when contacting the customer service I was told that I could only get 100 and also I had to pay them back for the 50 dollar free chip and make a 30 dollars deposit on top of sending them all my documents and photos of my debit card front and back and also a photo of me holding my license. That to me says they want those type of photos and documents so they can imitate you and steal your identity or sell it. Case closed please don’t set your self up. You won’t be the lucky one who does everything right and beat the odds to get a withdrawal. It’s a scam. Literally.

This casino is a complete run around scam!! My daughter made a deposit for me as a Mother's day gift. I played on a bonus they offered. Once I met the playthrough, I made my withdraw request. I was given the run around for over 3/4 weeks. No one from chat support knew anything. I kept checking the status and the same dead end results every time. I sent them all the documents 5 times!! They kept saying they needed my documents. I kept the proof of all the emails and conversations with them. From the beginning I told them that my daughter made the deposit. With my documents I also included a copy of my daughter's debit card front and back. I also included a copy of her ID front and back. Well today they gave me an answer finally after dealing with them everyday sense the withdraw request. They told me that they could not give me the withdraw because the card wasn't mine. I told the agent that they were informed of this from the beginning and I was then told I would get a call within the next 24 hours with a solution. I know that they will try to offer me free spins that wager at 3-10 cents and you don't win anything from those. I'm going to push this and have them blacklisted!!! Worst casino ever!!!

I won $2100 and they would not pay me. They deducted the entire amount from my account then lied about it.

After $9000 plus made they erased my account after requesting a withdrawal. They said there was another account but when I said I didn't recall I'd like her to send me proof of the similar as she said there was she ignored my request and then erased my account. Good thing I took a picture for proof before she did that

Absolutely without a doubt a scam. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! 1st off I did extremely well on a free $100 chip, had my balance near $400 a few times and stayed between $100-$240 as i was working to meet the play through amount, I had $236 in my balance when i knew i was either done or within a couple dollars of meeting the playthrough so i message chat to confirm. when i ended chat and refreshed the page $100 dropped off from my balance, I assumed that was the house recouping its free chip, and that left me with over $100, and the max cash out on the free chip would be $100; I ran to the bank to throw some cash on my card to get some crypto to make their required validation deposit, get back home send the deposit to be told i cant access the deposit until i withdrawal my $100 winnings PLUS THE 100 FREE CHIP STILL!! I told them that the $100 had come off my balance when i was dealing with chat earlier confirming i met the play through, and immediatly the agent went defensive saying agent wouldnt have anything to do with it, as opposed to a lesser guilty mentality would offer to look into it and see if perhaps something glitched in out etc. instead I had clearly played that $100 while i was driving a scooter to the bank because service agents wouldnt do such a thing--- which for the record, i never accused them of malice up to that point as i really though the $100 that fell off was the free chip going back to them, not them literally stealing it. Also in their ToC it doesn't say you need to have the free chip and your 100 winnings to withdrawal, it says: "All bonuses are non-cashable and will be removed at the time of withdrawal: e.g, if a player receives a bonus of US$100.00 and later requests a $390.00 withdrawal, the $100.00 bonus will be removed and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied." Which I interpreted as, I cant request a withdrawal of $50 because it would be less then the bonus, buy i obviously should have been able to get $100 after doing a 20x rollover . so not only did they get my $30 cash, they swiped $100 to gaslight me into wagering more then i needed to and of course lossing it, then releasing the deposit that had to wager 1x but obviously lost too. Then I get another $50 free chip because i allowed their notifications. i'm working on the RO for it when i get to $0.63 cents in my balance and want to change games... Now i cant even play out or try to roll back up on that balance without making ANOTHER deposit. literally a Black screen comes up that says "There is no enough money in your account Make a deposit now and start winning money!" (yes typo included). I again reached out to support to find out what was going on to be told that you have to have a minimum of $1 to open and play the slots..." well not all of them, you could go through and check..." These Scam artist have stolen my money and a significant amount of my time and serotonin on a wild goose chase. DONT DO IT. DONT WALK, RUN!

They are scammers they dont pay anything. I curse their forefathers for breeding such abomination. I hope them the worst in life and i hope they get whats coming.

I am not complaing. Right for the ones that trying to withdraw more then yah ment to withdraw then it's yah own fault for not responding terms and conditions as it states the min to withdraw is 500 and maximum is 1000 so read the terms and conditions before trying withdraw
