Very positive experience!
Very positive experience! This is our first time working with half price printing - it was more of an urgent project but they were able to provide us great turnaround time with high-quality products! Kevin is super communicative and always keep us informed along the process. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

There was no clear communication
There was no clear communication that they will charge me extra $3000 for the expedite services. Firstly they delivered order quite late and when I asked them to deliver on priority they said to me to pay more money for that. Firstly they don’t deliver the order on time and after that they demand more money to deliver that. Don’t ever make the mistake that I made by paying this company.
Response from Half Price PackagingMar 2, 2026
Hi Giamo, We take feedback seriously, especially when it relates to communication and pricing clarity. However, after carefully reviewing our internal records, we are unable to locate any order matching your name, details, or the situation described in this review. At Half Price Packaging, all expedited services are quoted and approved in writing before production. There are no surprise charges. Priority production and upgraded shipping always require documented client confirmation. If you genuinely placed an order with us, please share your order number, invoice reference, or payment confirmation directly through Trustpilot’s “Request Information” feature so we can investigate immediately. We serve 3000+ happy clients globally, and transparency is part of how we operate. If there has been any misunderstanding, we are fully open to resolving it. Looking forward to your response. Team HPP

Half Price Packaging is The Best!
Half Price Packaging is a great packaging company that I’ve used several times for my small business products. They make sure designs and packaging sizes are perfect, and these ship relatively quickly. I will continue to use them for future orders, even recommending other small business friends to use them. Charlotte is who I mainly communicate and work with, and she has been amazing. Highly recommend them for your packaging needs!
