John has been my point of contact in california, he is extremely patient, he listen to my demands and he surpassed my expectations! I can be dificult to deal with, i know, in my industry there are a lot of stresses but John was very flexible with me and made as many changes were necesary for me to be 110% happy !! I just received my first order and i must say i am so happy with the results, thee labels are perfect sized and the boxes are tough and the design has the highest resolution.
