I chose 3 stars for several reasons first, I paid extra money for same day service that didn’t happen. Although after calling I received a jar of the product, only to find out it wasn’t the exact product I ordered. I was very grateful to receive that emergency salve while I waited for my original order to arrive. My first experience was not the best, however the product works really great and yes I will do business with half/day again. Thanks

Your product seems to help quite a it. I only put it on once a day. I have arthritis in my one knee and hip. I’ve tried another product but you have to put it on four times a day which I never do.

The customer service at Half Day is incredible. With my most recent order, I decided to try a new flavor and it was not one I ended up enjoying. I sent an email asking to exchange and I got an almost immediate response that they would be happy to send me a different flavor. Less than a week later, it was at my door. Customer service goes such a long way. You have my business!
