Very pleased with our new Hale pet door. We were worried about cutting through brick, but it went in perfectly and it looks just great. We were pleased with our previous Hale door, and when we moved we had to leave it with the house. We wouldn't think of wall installing anything else.

Great customer service, great product. We have four 75-pounds-plus dogs and they fly through the door at a hundred miles an hour. As a result we've had to change the flaps twice in five years but no other door held up even a year. Well built, easy to install, looks good! Frame is nice and sturdy.

The product itself was just as described and the help Heidi provided from customer service was outstanding.

When you have the very best product in an industry it is easy to get a little cocky, but not these folks. They use customer service to service the customer!!! Who knew! They run their company as if they are just starting out and want to prove that you made the right buying choice. I purchased the in wall door for our dogs. The installation was fairly easy. The longest part was opening the wall since our home has brick veneer. When the door arrived, it was missing the flashing and the correct carpet. I contacted Hale and they sent the missing parts right away. The door is high quality and I anticipate many years of use. Best of all it is made in the USA! I would definitely recommend Hale to anyone looking for a pet door.

I purchased my first Hale door about a year ago and was very happy with and so were my now 5 dogs. I just bought a second for another home, installed it and the 5 dogs started using it. I noticed a magnet missing and called expecting to buy one. They sent me an envelope with 4 or 5 magnets, no charge and with instructions on how to secure these magnets if needed. These are great people to deal with and a simply great product.

We purchased the small/medium wall mount model for out 3 cats. Well constructed unit. Two flap construction will be great in cold winter. We replaced a wooden door with a single flap cat door and didnt want to cut into new fiberglass door to lose the insulating factor. Two young cats have mastered the door and third is an old guy who is still thinking about it. Donation to Humane Society was incentive to purchase as well. Well worth the price.
