I ordered a specialty dog door for my large dogs. When I didn't receive it as quickly as expected they contacted the manufacturer and had it expedited to my home. Fairly simple installation. Only issue was the stabilizer bar didn't come with the clips it needed. Otherwise very well made product and lifesaver for my screened in patio.

We needed a way to let them run in and out of our yard when we were home and not have them destroy the screen on the door each time. The Hale Pet door was it! The customer service in configuring the door, the videos on how to install, and the well written and comprehensive directions made this intimidating project a breeze. Love this pet door. I have the stainless steel one that was place thru my brick into my Kitchen behind my door. I have had this now for 13 years and looks as new with 3 cats going in and out all day. Just ordered new flaps to replace old ones. They still look good and work good but I want 2 new ones. Would recommend.this product and Hale pet doors if you are looking a well built product that will last. Fast shipment and great customer service. Well satisfied client from north Carolina!!. I have purchased several pet doors in the past and the Hale Pet Door is the best by far. The energy efficiency is second to none and how tight this door fits into the window opening is outstanding. I have had both door and window pet doors in the past; all of them leaked air around the edge and through the door. We have not put this door into use yet; we have only tested the fit. Even from this we can tell how great it will work. My cats are used to using a pet door so I am not expecting any issues. We did have a problem with the size but a quick call to Hale and a replacement part was in the mail. I think it was my fault but they did not place blame, they just looked for the solution. The donation they made to the shelter I got my last cat from was icing on the cake. Love you guys!
