I was a bit hesitant to order a $1,000 door when I would only be able to return it for a 50% refund. I made at least 4 phone calls to the customer service number and spoke to 2 very knowledgeable and friendly ladies who helped me take the exact measurements and request the correct specs for my door. I was very comfortable with my decision by the time I placed my order. And to boot, the door arrived much quicker than it was scheduled. I couldn't have been any happier with the experience. P.S. My two potbelly pigs think the door is grand and had absolutely no problem going in and out!

I had the door installed several years ago. It has stood up to 3 very active dogs chasing each other through it all day long. Finally needed to order new flaps. The order process is simple and fast. I received the replacement flaps quickly and packed very well. So glad I bought a Hale pet door!

Tried three different "name brand" dog doors to allow my Rottie access to the yard while I'm away. All were cheap plastic made overseas. Total junk so I returned each one in successive order. I did research and asked friends and found the Hale product. Happy I waited. Sure it's twice the price of the plastic doors but it's 10 times the quality. Extremely well made and great installation instructions for wall mount. Went in flush and tight.. Looks are fantastic and you can tell Hale takes pride in making these doors.

Hale Pet Door may have the best customer service of any company with which I have dealt. Someone always answers the phone, the find an answer and if there is a problem with a product, it is replaced, no questions asked. I have used their doors in two houses, and will continue to do so.

This is a fantastic pet door and suits our needs perfectly. The folks at Hale worked carefully with me over several days to make sure the door would fit our unusual requirements. I am building a home and will have three pet doors. I found the person I spoke with on the phone to be very helpful, knowledgeable. Further, Hale Pet Door has a policy of donating a sizable amount of the purchase price to pet rescue. So, two rescue groups in Missouri received funds in honor of my two Missouri rescue Boston Terriers. Lovely. The doors arrived packaged very well and are in storage awaiting installation.
