Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

This is my third Hale pet door that I have purchased. The first one was 12 years ago and it is still working beautifully. It was the "in the wall" type. Sold that house, so had to purchase two more pet doors. They are the best made pet doors that you can buy. There are definitely cheaper ones out there, but why bother. These pet doors last, hold up beautifully and are well worth the money.

I just purchased and installed my 2nd pet door from Hale. I've had an in-wall door in the past and my most recent purchase is an in-door. Both types of doors are extremely well constructed and hold up to the elements as well as the wear and tear of 3 dogs using them. I've considered much cheaper doors but in the end I just didn't want to take the chance of installing an inferior product.

Very easy install.

We had some issues getting our door installed and the wonderful customer service team was so awesome! The door is now installed and the dogs are loving it :)

My original Hale Pet Door was installed more than 15 years ago and has been worth every penny. Great quality and has stood up to the test of multiple dogs. An over zealous puppy, not thrilled at being locked outside damaged the outside flap so the recent purchase was replacement flaps. Same great quality and they came with new weatherstripping and magnets that make the door look like new. The door closes tightly and very effectively keeps out the cold and elements. Based on alternatives I have seen over the years, I know I made the best choice! Recommend this company and product without any reservations.

Got our new home, and needed permanent solution for our dogs to get in and out of house through wall. Durable, and no cold air coming thru. Our dogs love the independence, and we love that we can keep them outside with lock slider when front doors are open (bringing in groceries and things that require multiple trips!!!!) The whole family is happy, and looks absolutely beautiful since we had colors to choose from to match our room. Thank you!!!!

I called Customer Service to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my Hale pet door and to see if there was another option for shipping since the shipping cost was as much as the item I was purchasing. The Customer Service Representative was helpful and understanding. She described the part I was purchasing. I asked for a modification (I didn't want the slats cut in a training door flap) and she said she thought that was possible. On top of that she was able to reduce the shipping costs. I received the training flaps in a few days after the call and the install went great! My kitty is now using the door as designed! Thank you HALE.

Easy to navigate website, easy to find the product I was looking for, easy checkout. Product came quickly and as ordered. Ideal!
