Great pet door, great customer service!

Very well made, heavy duty and almost draft free. I have had two other dog doors from Home Depot (drafty and light wait and not very secure). My dogs quickly learned to use the dubble flap doors too.

I didn't realize when ordering the replacement flaps it would come with the weather striping so I ordered that as well. I received a call from the company alerting me of this and they immediately changed the order and credited my account. Nice to work with an honest company!

The customer service representative was very helpful over the phone. She took the time necessary to help me choose the right door based on measurements, the breed of my dog, etc. She answered all of my questions immediately and researched any and all information she needed to when she wasn't certain of the answer immediately. I have recommended Hale Pet Door already to several people at the dog park where I walk my dog.

You want the Best you pay for the best - had a previous one for 5+ years nothing done to it worked perfect - so I bought the same thing for the new home - this one is not like the others its more like the energizer bunny it keeps going and going - would recommend if you want no fuss no muss

Not only does Hale produce a durable dog door, they have really responsive customer service. They also donate a portion of your purchase price to the shelter or foster organization you adopted your dog from.

My OptiView unit with two flaps fits my window like a glove and looks great. The engineering of the unit is amazing. It is extremely durable and secure. I had lots of questions and the people at Hale were very friendly and helpful. Through several e-mail communications, they were able to customize a unit to fit my 40 year old vertical sash tilt out window. The product and the customer service definitely rates five stars.

Never thought I wanted/needed a pet door but with four little kittens who need to stay warm in the garage and an alarm system that only works with all doors closed, it became a necessity. I search online to find one and I couldn't be happier with the quality and ease of installation. My kittens learned to use it within minutes! It's been perfect! Quality is great! Instructions were easy to follow with helpful photos and illustratioins. You even included tips for teaching pets to use it.
