Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

This is our third purchase of a Hale Pet Door. No they do not wear out. We just moved that much and 2 out of 3 of the people purchasing our home requested that they be left with the sale. It gives our dog the freedom to come and go and I don't have to be a doorman. We always had the wall install type and they preformed great. They may seem expensive but not after you look at the quality and the plastic options of other products. Just go to Hale and be happy.

Its a bit more expensive than many of the competitors but the quality of the construction makes it worth it.

The Hale Pet Door has always been great. The replacement flaps are perfect. I've had the door for over 15 years, and this only the 2nd time I've had to replace the flaps, simply because over time they tend to tear across the top (with 2 dogs always going in-out all day long). But given I've only had to replace the flaps twice in 15 years - I'd say a great product.

Hale pet security door is by far the best door on the market. Nothing else comes close. What's even better is that the donate some proceeds to your animal shelter. Hands down a fantastic company. This is the second door we purchased built to last is a shame we didn't take the door with us from our last home. I have a feeling they will enjoy it for years to come.

I ordered the wall mount for my furry fiend and was pleased with the fit and finished. Product was well packaged and no damage to the wall mount during transient. Instructions were very through and easy to understand even for a week-end back yard do-it-you-selfer like me. The pictures were a great help. I plan on installing this door after I buy some of the required tools much to my wife's displeasure. She says I already have enough tools. Home owners never have enough tools. Thank you for a great product. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a furry family member.

I have purchased 3 doors over the years and have been totally satisfied with all the purchases. Great company highly recommended.

It was easy to install, and looks and works great.

Purchased a custom built dog ramp to my specs. Had to fill out 3 page order form. Ordering was easy, dealt with Sue. Was told order could take up to 10 days to build, then shipping time. Received order in 6 days. Upon examination of ramp, I noticed 1 measurement was short from my specs, but still usable. I installed next day because of 1 dog with back injury. Ramp very well built and strong. I called the next day and talked with Jan. She called the manufacturing company to find out why the measurement was off. Just a mistake. Offered to send me a complete replacement built correctly to my specs. Explained that existing ramp was usable and not to waste time and material building replacement. But since I didn't get the product I ordered, she offered a partial refund which I gracefully accepted. The reason for 5 stars? Great product, excellent customer service, fast delivery. I could live with the mistake, and they made it right. Would order from again.
